Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and provide the tracking number to our team.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
